Massage Therapist

Spavia Fishers is hiring part-time and full-time Licensed Massage Therapists.

Avg pay per 60-min massage: $48-$61 (includes gratuity)

Advanced services: Up to $80 for 80-100 min treatments

Steady schedule with loyal guests & members

W-2 position - We handle marketing, and supplies so you can focus on massage

Transparent Pay Structure - based on experience

Service - Length - Pay (incl. gratuity)

• Signature/Relaxation Massage - 60 min - $48-$50
• Advanced Deep Tissue/Sports/Salt Stone - 60 min - $57-$61
• Extended Modalities - 80 - 100 min - $63-$80

Most guests choose advanced/extended treatments

Average therapists gratuity: ~$20 included

Experienced therapists at 30 hrs/week (80% scheduled) earn $70K-$75K+ annually

Extra pay from enhancements, retail sales & bonuses

Schedule & Benefits

• Full-time or part-time

• 10-minute turnover between services
• Typical shift 5-6 hours: equivalent to four or five 60 minute massages
