Transparent Pay Structure - based on experience

• Signature/Relaxation Massage – 60 min – $47–$52 (incl. gratuity)

• Advanced Deep Tissue/Sports/Salt Stone – 60 min – $52–$60 (incl. gratuity)

• Extended Modalities – 80–100 min – $63–$80 (incl. gratuity)

Most guests choose advanced/extended treatments
Average therapists gratuity: ~$20 included
Experienced therapists at 30 hrs/week (80% scheduled) earn $70K–$75K+ annually
Extra pay from enhancements, retail sales & bonuses

Schedule & Benefits
