Beauty Brands is known for convenient services and expertly trained professionals offering an easy destination for beauty care. We are looking for a Massage Therapist who is committed to helping our clients relieve stress and maintain total-body wellness with the latest massage techniques.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Attend and participate in all registered education classes and demonstrate learned skills to management staff.
2. Attend all monthly and quarterly salon meetings.
3. Demonstrate proficiency in technical skills.
4. Complete assigned salon & spa maintenance duties daily.
5. Follow company dress code and sanitation procedures.
6. Meet or exceed production standards set by the General Manager and reviewed semi-annually.
7. Arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled shift, check the daily schedule, and look for opportunities to book additional services.
8. Clean and organize your station and work area before and after each client, ensuring products and bolsters are in designated areas and counters are wiped clean.
9. Review appointment schedules at the end of each service to verify client arrivals and schedule changes.
10. Follow end-of-day procedures for tallying tickets, verifying totals, retrieving tips, and clocking out.
11. Spend 15 minutes daily on the retail floor providing product knowledge and recommendations to clients.
12. Generate a designated number of new clients as determined by the General Manager.
