Description

Colonial Williamsburg offers a rich history and amenities including hotels, guest homes, food and beverage outlets, championship golf courses, and a spa and fitness center. Crescent Hotels and Resorts seeks an experienced massage therapist to join our team at the Spa of Colonial Williamsburg to deliver professional, therapeutic, and rejuvenating massage therapies and body treatments, while being a productive team member.

Responsibilities:

• Confirm appointments, arrive at least 15 minutes early, and be available within one hour during scheduled shifts.
• Greet guests warmly, maintain eye contact, and address guests by surname.
• Ensure guests understand the services and are comfortable before starting; do not diagnose or provide medical advice.
• Provide safe, ethical, and quality massage services, checking in with guests during treatments for comfort.
• Interact professionally with guests and staff, offer water post-treatment.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and treatment rooms, including linens, counters, and equipment.
• Adjust tables for ergonomic standards.
• Participate in training and staff meetings.
• Check in with Spa Concierge/Front Desk upon arrival and departure.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 1-3 years of massage therapy experience
• Weekend availability required
