Join us as a Massage Therapist at Life Time Inc.

We are seeking a dedicated Massage Therapist to provide massage therapy services that complement fitness programs, enhance overall well-being, and improve the guest experience. The role involves building relationships within the club, educating clients on the benefits of massage therapy, designing personalized sessions, and working collaboratively with the LifeSpa and Salon team to deliver a professional and superior experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve members in a friendly, professional manner
• Provide individualized massage therapy treatments tailored to client needs
• Develop and maintain personalized client relationships
• Educate clients on products, services, and treatments offered by LifeSpa and Salon
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the spa environment
• Apply expertise in muscle and body analysis to recommend maintenance regimens
• Promote and sell massage services to encourage repeat business
• Stay current with industry certifications and trends

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Massage Therapy License
• Ability to perform all types of massage treatments
• Basic knowledge of PC operations
• Physical ability to stand, walk, reach, lift, and move up to 50 pounds

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 2 years of professional massage experience
• Knowledge of body treatments
• Experience with Salon Biz software
