About Us – KinetikChain Denver:

We are an orthopedic and sports medicine clinic that works mostly with active, motivated adults in their 30’s through 50’s to help them get back to the things they love to do like running, skiing, Crossfit, and working out as well as day to day activities like taking care of their kids or work. We also sponsor sports teams (such as roller derby, rugby, soccer) attracting more athletes to our clinic. We are located in the Cherry Creek area, near the Gates Tennis Center.

We are looking to grow a like-minded community of healers (PT, Chiro, LMT, FST, LAc, etc.) who are passionate about helping people feel their best and getting back to the activities they love. We want a team-oriented, motivated massage therapist that is looking for a long-term career with a client-focused company!

We can appreciate all of the time and focus that you have put into your healing pursuits and we value how you can help people. We want to appreciate, support, and work together with you to help not only our clients, but to help this be the best work environment possible.

We are currently hiring for Thursday and Sunday availability with the option to add more days/hours once your schedule begins filling up. You are able to choose your own hours for Sunday! (Must be at least a 5-hour shift at minimum.)

Requirements:

• Skill in Deep Tissue, Sports, or Medical Massage (FST certification and/or Personal Training certification as well would be great but not needed)
• CO state massage therapy license and Massage Therapy Insurance
• Able to perform 60, 90 and 120 minute massages
• Strong work ethic and self-motivated
• Ability to perform Pre and Post natal massage
• Ability to perform Hot Stone massage, cupping, aromatherapy and CBD massage

We provide the cups, CBD, stones, and essential oils!

• A growth mindset and a readiness to be constantly learning and growing as a therapist!
• 1099 for first 6 months of job, then transitioned to W2 based on performance
• A supportive group of co-workers that work to raise each other up professionally with scheduled team trainings. We have weekly meetings and interdisciplinary sports medicine training (PT, Chiro, LMT, FST all train together)

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $34.00 – $42.00 per hour, plus structured raise program to make more hourly with continued success, commissions, and 100% of all tips

Performance-based bonuses.
