Position Purpose & Summary

Massage Therapists administer professional massage, body treatments, and additional spa service recommendations to assist in the development and growth of spa engagement and revenue sales.

Essential Functions

• Provide services associated with Massage and Body Treatments.
• Greet and welcome members and guests to the Spa/Salon.
• Communicate clearly with members, guests, and spa staff to achieve desired results.
• Perform all support tasks associated with providing services (set-ups and break down of treatment rooms, stocking and inventory of supplies, linen management, etc.).
• Perform Massage and Body treatments, including specialty services developed by the Spa.
• Perform all assigned/scheduled services and tasks using provided protocols and timeliness.
• Provide after-care guidelines to clients.
• Assist in the overall smooth operation of the Spa by maintaining cleanliness and orderliness and fostering effective communication among coworkers.
• Create a database of frequent clients.
• Assist members and guests with questions regarding the Spa and the Club.
• Deliver service standards such as "I Am Proud" and department-specific signature touchpoints.
• Establish cross-departmental communication channels that are consistent and complete.
