Job summary

Riviera Hospitality Group is seeking a hands-on General Manager to lead the Massachusetts operations of Brooklyn Kitchen. You’ll own the full P&L, oversee culinary quality, safety, budgets, client relationships, and team culture, with direct access to the CEO and VP of Operations.

This is a high-visibility leadership role requiring at least 7+ years in multi-site hospitality, ServSafe and HACCP knowledge, and bilingual English/Spanish ability.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of leadership experience in complex food-service/hospitality operations.
• Proven track record running multi-site operations or equivalent.
• Sharp financial acumen with P&L accountability.
• Ability to hire, train, and rally a team toward a shared goal.
• ServSafe certification required; HACCP certification is a plus.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Full operational leadership across food quality, safety, client relationships, budgets, and P&L.
• Hire, coach, and inspire your team from Chef to hourly staff.
• Drive labor and food cost control, budgeting, forecasting, and inventory.
• Set SOPs, training programs, and best practices across the region.
• Build client and vendor relationships, with sales support and site visits.
• Lead new business development, RFPs, and strategic growth initiatives.
