Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certificate required.
• 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience with settlement or claims administration.
• Experience with mass tort/MDL and high-volume settlements.
• Proficient with case management systems and MS Excel/Word.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, organize, and manage settlement-related documents and tracking databases.
• Assist intake, review, evaluation, and organization of claims information using firm technologies.
• Collaborate with attorneys to ensure timely progress of settlement workflows and documentation.
• Conduct settlement-related legal research and draft correspondence or reports.
