Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is assisting in the hiring of a Mass Tort Litigation Attorney in Norwalk, CT. The attorney will manage complex litigation tasks, draft pleadings, oversee discovery, and support trial preparation while coordinating with paralegals and case managers to ensure compliance with court orders and firm standards.

Qualifications

• JD required.
• Admission to at least one U.S. state bar.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Working knowledge of state and federal civil procedure.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional judgment and discretion.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute litigation strategy for mass tort matters.
• Draft, review, and file pleadings and substantive motions.
• Ensure compliance with case management and scheduling orders.
• Monitor and implement developments in MDL/coordinated proceedings.
• Provide direction to paralegals and case managers on litigation tasks.
• Identify and develop liability and damages proof.
• Assess and recommend appropriate venue and jurisdiction for filing.
• Support settlement and resolution efforts.
