Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks a Mass Tort Litigation Attorney to join a law firm in Hilton Head Island, SC. The attorney will manage litigation tasks, draft pleadings, manage discovery, and assist trial preparation.

Candidates should have a JD, bar admission, strong organizational and analytical skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute litigation strategy for mass tort matters.
• Draft, review, and file pleadings and substantive motions.
• Ensure compliance with case management and scheduling orders.
• Monitor and implement developments in MDL/coordinated proceedings.
• Provide direction to paralegals and case managers on litigation tasks.
• Identify and develop liability and damages proof.
• Assess and recommend appropriate venue and jurisdiction for filing.
• Support settlement and resolution efforts.
