Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks a Mass Tort Litigation Attorney in Murrells Inlet, SC to manage complex litigation tasks, draft pleadings, and coordinate discovery. You will work with paralegals and case managers to ensure court orders and firm standards are met.

The ideal candidate has a JD and at least 2 years of litigation experience, with a background in complex cases and mentoring. Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills are essential for success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• JD required; a minimum of 2 years of experience in litigation matters.
• Substantial experience with complex litigation preferred.
• Experience mentoring and supervising others preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute litigation strategy for mass tort matters.
• Draft, review, and file pleadings and substantive motions.
• Ensure compliance with case management and scheduling orders.
• Monitor and implement developments in MDL/coordinated proceedings.
• Provide direction to paralegals and case managers on litigation tasks.
• Identify and develop liability and damages proof.
• Assess and recommend appropriate venue and jurisdiction for filing.
• Support settlement and resolution efforts.
