Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks a Mass Tort Litigation Attorney to join its Pensacola team. You will manage complex litigation tasks, draft pleadings, oversee discovery, and support trial preparation for coordinated proceedings.

This position offers leadership opportunities in MDL/coordinated matters and requires sharp writing, strong organization, and solid knowledge of state and federal civil procedure. You will mentor paralegals and case managers while collaborating across practice groups to

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of state and federal civil procedure.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional judgment and discretion.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and litigation technology/tools.
• Experience mentoring and supervising others preferred.
• Experience using CM/ECF, PACER, Westlaw, and Litify.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute litigation strategy for mass tort matters.
• Draft, review, and file pleadings and substantive motions.
• Ensure compliance with case management and scheduling orders.
• Monitor and implement developments in MDL/coordinated proceedings.
• Provide direction to paralegals and case managers on litigation tasks.
• Identify and develop liability and damages proof.
• Assess and recommend appropriate venue and jurisdiction for filing.
• Support settlement and resolution efforts.
