BCG Attorney Search in Little Rock, AR is seeking a Mass Tort Litigation Attorney to manage complex cases, draft pleadings, manage discovery, and support trial preparation. You will lead litigation strategy and coordinate with paralegals and case managers.

Ideal candidates have JD, bar admission, strong organizational and analytical skills, and experience with CM/ECF, PACER, Westlaw, and Litify. You will mentor junior staff and help advance coordinated proceedings, with opportunities for

Qualifications

• JD required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute litigation strategy for mass tort matters.
• Draft, review, and file pleadings and substantive motions.
• Ensure compliance with case management and scheduling orders.
• Monitor and implement developments in MDL/coordinated proceedings.
• Provide direction to paralegals and case managers on litigation tasks.
• Identify and develop liability and damages proof.
• Assess and recommend appropriate venue and jurisdiction for filing.
• Support settlement and resolution efforts.
