Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks a Mass Tort Litigation Attorney to join a Wall Township, NJ firm. The attorney will manage various litigation responsibilities, including drafting pleadings, managing discovery, and supporting trial preparation.

This role involves close collaboration with paralegals and case managers to ensure compliance with court orders and firm standards. A JD and at least 2 years of experience in litigation are required, with admission to the state bar.

Qualifications

• JD required and bar admission active.
• Minimum 2 years of litigation experience.
• Experience with complex litigation preferred.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and litigation technology.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute litigation strategy for mass tort matters.
• Draft, review, and file pleadings and substantive motions.
• Ensure compliance with case management and scheduling orders.
• Monitor and implement developments in MDL/coordinated proceedings.
• Provide direction to paralegals and case managers on litigation tasks.
• Identify and develop liability and damages proof.
• Assess and recommend appropriate venue and jurisdiction for filing.
• Support settlement and resolution efforts.
