BCG Attorney Search in Daytona Beach, FL seeks a Mass Tort Litigation Attorney to manage complex civil cases, draft pleadings, oversee discovery, and support trial preparation.

You will lead with paralegals and case managers, ensure compliance with court orders and firm standards, and help coordinate MDL and venue decisions.

Qualifications

• JD required.
• Bar admission to at least one U.S. state is required.
• Working knowledge of state and federal civil procedure.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute litigation strategy for mass tort matters.
• Draft and file pleadings, amendments, and substantive motions.
• Ensure compliance with case management and scheduling orders.
• Monitor and implement developments in MDL/coordinated proceedings.
