Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Mass Tort Litigation Attorney for a role in Augusta, GA. The attorney will manage complex litigation tasks, draft pleadings, supervise discovery, and support trial preparation in collaboration with paralegals and case managers.

The ideal candidate has a JD, at least two years of litigation experience, and demonstrates strong organizational and writing skills, with proficiency in CM/ECF, PACER, Westlaw, and Litify.

Qualifications

• JD required and Georgia bar admission or eligibility.
• Minimum 2 years of litigation experience.
• Substantial experience with complex litigation preferred.
• Proficient in CM/ECF, PACER, Westlaw and Litify.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute litigation strategy for mass tort matters.
• Draft, review, and file pleadings and motions.
