Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute litigation strategy for mass tort matters.
• Draft, review, and file pleadings and substantive motions.
• Manage discovery and case scheduling.
• Monitor and implement MDL/coordinated proceedings developments.
• Provide direction to paralegals and case managers on litigation tasks.
• Identify and develop liability and damages proof.
• Assess venue and jurisdiction for filing.
• Support settlement and resolution efforts.
