Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Mass Tort Litigation Associate Attorney in Bowling Green, KY to manage complex litigation, draft pleadings, oversee discovery, and support trial preparation, with leadership potential in coordinated proceedings.

Requirements include a JD and admission to at least one U.S. state bar, excellent written and verbal communication, strong civil procedure knowledge, and experience with CM/ECF, PACER, Westlaw, Litify, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• JD required.
• Admission to at least one U.S. state bar.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Working knowledge of state and federal civil procedure.
• Experience with complex litigation preferred.
• Experience mentoring and supervising others preferred.
• Experience using CM/ECF, PACER, Westlaw and Litify.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute litigation strategy for mass tort matters.
• Draft, review, and file pleadings and substantive motions.
• Ensure compliance with case management and scheduling orders.
• Monitor and implement developments in MDL/coordinated proceedings.
• Provide direction to paralegals and case managers on litigation tasks.
• Identify and develop liability and damages proof.
• Assess and recommend appropriate venue and jurisdiction for filing.
• Support settlement and resolution efforts.
