Qualifications

• Active New Jersey and New York bar licenses.
• 1+ year of litigation experience.
• Experience conducting fact and expert witness depositions.
• Strong research, writing, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle complex mass tort litigation from investigation through resolution.
• Conduct fact and expert witness depositions and help develop case strategies.
• Draft high-quality legal documents, motions, and case materials.
• Partner with medical, technical, industry, and other outside experts to strengthen litigation strategy.
• Manage case details, deadlines, discovery, and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Develop long-term litigation strategies to protect client interests.
• Collaborate closely with attorneys and staff in a collegial, client-focused environment.
• Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, experts, and stakeholders.
