Orion Placement is seeking a highly skilled attorney for a fully on-site position in Cedar Grove, NJ, handling complex mass tort litigation from investigation to resolution. The role offers a competitive salary and an opportunity to work with experienced attorneys and outside experts.

You will conduct fact and expert witness depositions, draft significant legal documents, and collaborate with medical, technical, and industry experts to develop strategic litigation plans.

Qualifications

• Partner with medical, technical, industry, and other outside experts to strengthen litigation strategy.
• Manage case details, deadlines, discovery, and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Develop long-term litigation strategies to protect client interests.
• Collaborate closely with attorneys and staff in a collegial, client-focused environment.
