Our growing litigation team is seeking a Mass Tort / Class Action Attorney with 3–5 years of experience who can step into an active caseload and make an immediate impact.

The ideal candidate is admitted to practice in both New Jersey and New York and has experience handling mass tort, class action, and/or personal injury matters in both state and federal courts. A science or medical background is a plus but is not required.

Responsibilities include managing cases through all phases of litigation, including case intake, drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, preparing and arguing motions, trial preparation, and trial support. The role also offers exposure to regulatory and administrative law matters.
