Job summary

Morgan & Morgan is seeking a Mass Tort Litigation Associate to manage litigation responsibilities in Boston and other U.S. offices. The role includes drafting pleadings, managing discovery, and collaborating with paralegals and case managers.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with attorneys.
• Professional judgment and discretion, particularly with sensitive information.
• Experience mentoring and supervising others is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute litigation strategy for assigned mass tort matters.
• Draft, review, and file pleadings and substantive motions.
• Ensure compliance with applicable case management orders.
• Support settlement and resolution efforts, including case summaries.

Skills

Strong organizational skills

Excellent written and verbal communication

Working knowledge of state and federal civil procedure

Ability to manage high-volume litigation

Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Education

JD required

A minimum of 2 years of experience in litigation
