Responsibilities

• Resolve mass tort healthcare liens and assist with negotiation.
• Draft outbound correspondence and upload documents to the database.
• Audit medical claims itemizations and investigate discrepancies.
• Follow QC checklists and clearly document actions taken.
• Communicate with lien agencies via phone and email.
• Follow up on files and escalate issues when needed.
• Organize and track case progress in systems.
• Assist with additional duties as assigned
