Job summary

ARCHER Systems in Austin, TX is seeking a Mass Tort Lien Resolution Supervisor to lead a team of 4–7 Case Analysts, oversee the lien resolution process, and ensure work is accurate, timely, and compliant with client and regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate is process- and solutions-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, who can collaborate with U.S. and India Operations, develop procedures and training materials, and drive scalable workflows.

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years leading or managing teams in lien resolution or related operations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with cross-functional collaboration and process improvement

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Case Analysts to resolve liens accurately and timely
• Oversee daily operations and monitor performance against KPIs
• Ensure documentation, training, and procedures are maintained
• Collaborate with US and India teams across time zones
• Maintain compliance with client and regulatory standards
