Qualifications

• 3rd–5th year associate with relevant legal experience.
• Background defending asbestos claims preferred.
• Experience with complex commercial disputes, MDLs, and class actions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Defend mass tort and product liability matters across courts.
• Manage fact and expert discovery, including depositions.
• Draft and argue substantive motions.
