Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, technical, engineering, or business field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of product management, development, or related leadership in a matrixed environment.
• Strong understanding of Mass Spectrometry, Chromatography, and related workflows.
• Ability to translate customer/market inputs into strategy, roadmaps, lifecycle decisions and launches.
• Proven cross-functional leadership with R&D, Marketing, Commercial, Operations, Quality, Service, Finance and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Set a clear product vision and roadmap based on customer needs and market opportunities.
• Lead and develop the product management team with priorities, accountability, and disciplined problem solving.
• Translate feedback and inputs into product requirements, value propositions, and launch plans.
• Apply Danaher Business System tools to drive roadmap reviews, milestones, and risk management.
• Make portfolio and lifecycle decisions across value, differentiation, quality, pricing, and margin.
• Collaborate with R&D, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Legal/IP, Supply Chain and partners to enable revenue growth.
