Job summary

SCIEX is seeking a Director of Mass Spectrometry Product Management to lead our product strategy across nominal mass, HRAM, LC, Echo MS, and related tech. You’ll translate customer and market needs into clear roadmaps, lifecycle decisions, and launch readiness while guiding a consolidated team across multiple functions to deliver differentiated MS platforms and workflows to market.

The role reports to the Senior Director and is based onsite in Marlborough, MA (or Concord, ON).

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, technical, engineering, or business field; MBA preferred.
10+ years in product management or related roles with leadership experience.
Strong Mass Spectrometry and Chromatography knowledge and lifecycle expertise.
Ability to translate customer/market inputs into roadmaps and launches.
Proven cross-functional leadership across R&D, Marketing, Operations, Finance.

Responsibilities

Set a clear product vision and roadmap based on customer needs and market insight.
Lead and develop the product management team with clear priorities and accountability.
Translate feedback into requirements, value propositions, and launch plans.
Use Danaher Business System tools for roadmap reviews, milestones, and execution.
Make portfolio and lifecycle decisions across pricing, margin, and upgrades.
Collaborate with R&D, Marketing, Commercial, Quality, and external partners to drive growth.
