Job summary

Roche seeks a Field Applications Specialist – Mass Spectrometry (Utah region) to join our Customer Support team. You will lead post‑sales technical onboarding, installation, validation and go‑live for cobas i601 systems at customer laboratories.

You will partner with Lead/Principal FAS colleagues on complex rollouts, provide training, regulatory support, and on‑site troubleshooting, while maintaining CRM records and coordinating with account teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in biology/chemistry or medical technology, or equivalent.
• 2+ years in clinical lab or IT in a clinical lab environment.
• Strong knowledge of LC-MS/MS fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Lead post-sales technical onboarding, setup and assay implementation for cobas i601.
• Collaborate with Advanced Applications Specialists on large accounts.
• Guide assay validation, compliance and data packages for regulatory standards.
• Provide on-site troubleshooting and root-cause analysis to minimize downtime.
• Maintain CRM records and support routine account activities.
