Job summary

AlphaGov is seeking a Mass Appraisal & Property Assessment Consultant to support local-government engagements nationwide. This remote-first role involves technical guidance and hands-on assessment work for real property valuation programs.

You will evaluate CAMA models, provide training to assessors, review data quality and sales validation, and suggest process improvements. Candidates with 5+ years in mass appraisal and IAAO knowledge are encouraged to apply.

AlphaGov is engaging a Mass Appraisal & Property Assessment Consultant for current local-government work. Live pursuits include technical and training assistance for real property tax assessment and an evaluation of a large city’s mass appraisal program.
