• Develop and execute strategies to proactively drive Mass Affluent client acquisition, outreach and retention for revenue and share of wallet.
• Proactively generate and manage leads and client appointments.
• Leverages needs-based consultative skills and bank products to grow share of wallet.
• Develops and maintains internal partnerships to drive revenue and growth.
• Manages risk and maximizes profitability for the portfolio.
• Delivers a differentiated client experience from acquisition through onboarding and servicing.
• Maintains proactive, timely and accurate relationship management tasks.
• Serves as quarterback for ecosystem partners, bringing in experts as needed.
