PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. recruits a Premier Client Banker to drive Mass Affluent client acquisition, outreach, and retention from Scottsdale, AZ. You will build relationships, generate leads, and coordinate with bank partners to deepen share of wallet and revenue while delivering an exceptional client experience.

The role emphasizes proactive service, risk management, and ecosystem collaboration to deliver Financial Wellness and tailored solutions for clients.

Qualifications

• Roles typically require a university degree with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Certifications are often desired.
• Licenses: FINRA Series 7, 66 (or 63 & 65) preferred. Life and Health Insurance preferred.
• Education: Bachelors (Required)

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute strategies to proactively drive Mass Affluent client acquisition, outreach and retention.
• Proactively generate and manage leads and client appointments.
• Leverages needs-based and consultative skills to grow share of wallet and attract new mass affluent households.
• Develops and maintains internal partnerships to drive revenue, acquisition and growth.
• Delivers a differentiated client experience from acquisition through onboarding and servicing.
• Maintains timely and accurate sales/client relationship management administration tasks.
• Serves as quarterback for ecosystem partners to ensure exceptional client experience.
