Job summary

PNC is seeking a Premier Client Banker for its Wealth Management team in Alexandria, VA. You will own the client relationship, drive acquisition and retention of Mass Affluent clients, and work with a broad ecosystem of banking and investing partners to tailor solutions.

In this in-office role, you will deliver proactive service, manage risk, and lead cross-functional collaboration to deepen share of wallet and profitability while aligning with the bank's financial wellness goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of relevant/ direct industry experience.
• Certifications/licensures such as FINRA Series 7/66 preferred; Life and Health Insurance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to drive Mass Affluent client acquisition, outreach and retention.
• Prospect leads, manage client appointments, and grow share of wallet with bank products and services.
• Collaborate with ecosystem partners to deliver a differentiated client experience.
