• Develop and execute strategies to proactively drive Mass Affluent client acquisition, outreach and retention to generate revenue and grow share of wallet.
• Build internal partnerships to drive revenue and growth; manage risk and profitability across client portfolios; own client relationships from onboarding to servicing.
• Leverage client insights and sales tools to translate into actionable sales strategies and identify opportunities.
• Lead collaboration with ecosystem partners; own client penetration goals with ecosystem partners; deliver Mass Affluent Advice and Planning through Banking/Investing partnerships.
• Provide proactive, responsive service to meet client goals and differentiate client experience through advanced relationship building.
