Qualifikationen

• Licenses: This position will be subject to additional background check requirements including being required to provide fingerprints as required by NMLS regulations.

• Manage and coach a staff of bankers with an assigned book of business. Execute complex retail strategies to increase mass affluent households and provide excellent customer experience.
• Lead and coach the team to deliver outstanding customer service and resolve issues; oversee branch operations, security, risk and regulatory policies.
• Manage portfolio of high value consumer and business customers; refer customers to other bank areas to deepen relationships and build partnerships per OCR guidelines.
• Drive OCR Partnership and Deepening Metrics with location-specific goals; identify and present sales and service opportunities using available tools.
• Maintain community involvement and develop key business and community relationships; oversee recruitment and hiring to ensure market staffing aligns with Huntington's culture.
