Huntington Bank is seeking a Branch General Manager to lead a mass affluent branch, manage a team of bankers with an assigned book of business, and drive sales, service, and operations to achieve budgeted goals.

The role emphasizes coaching, customer relationship development, and collaboration with partners to deepen relationships and expand the branch’s market impact. A Bachelor's degree is preferred with related management experience.

• Requires high school diploma or GED and 2+ years in sales management in retail banking/financial services.
• Bachelor's degree preferred with 2+ years branch management experience.
• Strong leadership, relationship skills, and ability to drive branch performance across sales, service, and operations.

Responsabilidades

• Manage/coach a staff of bankers with an assigned book of business.
• Lead branch sales, service, and operations to meet budgeted production goals.
• Refer customers to partners to deepen relationships and cross-sell within OCR guidelines.
• Develop internal partnerships to drive business in the market area.
• Oversee recruitment and hiring to staff the market with Huntington’s culture.
