Huntington National Bank in Dublin, OH is seeking a Branch General Manager to lead a mass affluent branch. You will coach bankers, drive sales and service, manage operations, and deepen customer relationships while aligning with OCR guidelines and community involvement.

The role emphasizes recruiting, coaching, and developing staff, maintaining risk controls, and collaborating with partners to meet production goals and community needs. Office-based with potential flexible work arrangements.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED and minimum of 2 years or more of sales management experience in retail banking, financial services or goal driven retail sales.
• Bachelor's Degree and 2 years or more branch management experience.
• Background check requirements including fingerprints as required by NMLS regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Managing/Coaching a staff of bankers that have an assigned book of business and executing complex retail strategies to increase mass affluent households and customer experience.
• Leading and coaching the team to provide excellent customer service and manage branch operations per risk and policy requirements.
• Managing portfolio of high value consumer and business customers and referring to partners to deepen relationships under OCR guidelines.
• Overseeing recruitment/hiring to staff the market with colleagues aligned to Huntington's culture.
• Developing key internal partnerships to drive business in the market area.
