Job summary

TD Bank in Staten Island, NY seeks a Premier Banker to serve as the primary contact for a mass affluent client portfolio, delivering a personalized banking experience and coordinating with specialists.

You will proactively reach out to clients, explain lending and deposit solutions, and ensure compliance with FINRA and regulatory requirements while maintaining an active NMLS registration. This on-site role offers a 40-hour week and compensation details below.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED (required)
• Bachelor's / University degree or equivalent experience preferred
• 2+ years financial / banking experience
• SIE exam strongly preferred
• Life & Health license preferred
• Must maintain active NMLS status upon hire
• Consultative sales experience required

Responsibilities

• Grow, deepen, and retain a mass affluent book of business with an advisory approach
• Explain banking solutions clearly and liaise with internal partners across units
• Acquire, retain and deepen client relationships via referrals and outreach
• Proactively engage clients by phone, email, and appointments
• Deliver excellent client service and escalate issues per policy
• Adhere to Retail/Wealth policies, FINRA and regulatory requirements
• Engage in loan product discussions and maintain NMLS registration
• Collaborate with Wealth, Commercial and Lending partners to deepen relationships
• Coach bank staff on communicating TD Premier value and referrals
• Follow TD's CIP and due diligence requirements
