Job summary

TD Bank seeks a Premier Banker to manage a mass affluent client portfolio, serving as the primary contact for complex banking needs. You will proactively reach out, assess client requirements, and connect clients with specialists to meet financial goals and deepen relationships.

In this role you will explain banking and credit solutions, partner with Wealth and Lending teams, and deliver TD’s legendary service and personalized experiences to a valued client base.

Qualifications

• Experience serving mass affluent clients.
• Proficient in banking and credit products.
• Active NMLS registration or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Grow, deepen, and retain a mass affluent book of business by proactively addressing banking needs.
• Explain banking solutions and coordinate with internal partners for Wealth, Commercial, Small Business, Lending.
• Engage in outbound outreach via phone, email, and appointments to identify client needs and opportunities.
• Provide excellent client service, resolve moderately complex client concerns, and escalate risks when needed.
• Maintain compliance with Retail/Wealth policies and FINRA regulations.
• Collaborate with Wealth Financial Advisor and other partners to build a strong referral pipeline.
