Job summary

NAPCO Security Technologies is seeking a Masonry Technical Installation Representative, responsible for providing technical expertise and conducting training on Westlake Royal Stone Solutions products. The position will develop relationships with contractors and ensure high installation quality through hands-on training.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of masonry experience and be proficient in safety initiatives. Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to training are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years construction/masonry experience or 3 years installing manufactured stone veneer.
• Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
• Strong product knowledge and understanding of building codes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training on installation guidelines and products.
• Develop relationships with contractors in the territory.
