Qualifications

• Education and Experience: Currently certified as an instructor in a specialty area by a nationally recognized vocational training program and experience equivalent to two years of full-time work instructing a specialty area.
• Or Possession of a certification in a specialty area by a nationally recognized vocational training program and 5 years of experience.
• For uncertified instructor applicants, enroll in a certified instructional program within the first six months and complete within two years.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver instruction with engaging lesson plans and hands-on training aligned to standards.
• Assess and support student progress with formative and summative assessments and maintain records.
• Maintain a safe, orderly learning environment and enforce safety procedures in classrooms and shops.
