The role focuses on safely operating heavy machinery to install masonry systems and maintain project flow in the field. Qualifications include OSHA 10 Construction, a valid hoisting engineer license, rough terrain certification, and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment such as telehandler and other machinery safely.
• Assist with material handling, site prep, and transport of masonry supplies.
• Support crews by staging materials and ensuring site access.
• Read loading charts inside machines.
• Operate power tools (e.g., mixers).
• Participate in demolition as needed.
• Perform daily inspections and routine maintenance of equipment.
• Identify and remove hazards to maintain safety.
• Adhere to safety standards and company policies.
