Responsibilities include operating the company truck, loading materials, assisting masons, preparing work areas, and maintaining site safety and organization throughout the day.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean or acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy materials and perform physically demanding work.
• Dependable transportation to and from work.
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a positive attitude.

• Help set up and clean up job sites before, during, and after work.
• Inspect vehicles and equipment and report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Follow all company safety procedures and traffic laws.
• Communicate with supervisors and crew members regarding deliveries, schedules, and job-site needs.
• Perform other general labor duties as needed.

Pay: Based on experience

Job Responsibilities:

• Safely operate company truck to transport material, tools and equipment to and from job sites.
• Load, unload, and organize masonry materials, including brick, block, mortar, sand, and other construction supplies.
• Assist masons and crew members with daily construction and masonry tasks.
• Move materials, mix mortar, prepare work areas, and maintain a clean and organized job site.
• Help set up and clean up job sites before, during, and after work.
• Inspect vehicles and equipment and report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Follow all company safety procedures and traffic laws.
• Communicate with supervisors and crew members regarding deliveries, schedules, and job‑site needs.

• Previous construction or masonry experience is preferred.

• Ability to follow directions and work well with a crew
• Commitment to workplace safety and proper handling of materials and equipment

Work Schedule:

Full‑time position. Work hours may vary depending on job‑site schedules, weather, and project demands.
