Qualifications

• Prior masonry or construction labor experience is a plus.
• Physically demanding work with lifting, bending and standing for long periods.
• Dependable, punctual and a strong team player.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Basic knowledge of masonry tools and materials preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
• Ability to follow directions and communicate effectively on site.

Responsibilities

• Assist masons with brick, block, and stone installation on residential and commercial job sites.
• Mix, transport, and supply mortar, grout, and other masonry materials as needed.
• Set up and break down scaffolding, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload materials, maintaining an organized and clean work area.
• Operate hand tools and power tools in support of masonry operations.
• Follow all job site safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
• Perform general labor tasks as directed by the lead mason or foreman.
