Qualifications

• Previous concrete or masonry experience preferred.
• OSHA or construction safety training is a plus.
• Ability to lift, carry, bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Pour, spread, level, and finish concrete.
• Set and remove concrete forms.
• Install and tie reinforcing steel and wire mesh.
• Mix and prepare concrete and mortar.
• Lay and repair brick, block, stone, and other masonry materials.
• Measure, cut, and prepare materials according to specifications.
• Operate hand and power tools safely.
• Assist with site preparation, demolition, and cleanup.
• Maintain a safe and organized work area.
• Follow project plans, specifications, and safety requirements.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
