Job summary

Vantor Holdings, Inc. is seeking a seasoned MASINT Training Program Developer for a critical DoD/IC mission in the Reston, VA area.

You will lead the design and delivery of MASINT training curricula and certification standards, working with IC partners and DoD schools to ensure material continuity. Required is an active TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly, a geophysics/physics/engineering degree, and at least 6 years of MASINT experience in data processing and analysis.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree in geophysics, physics, or an engineering discipline.
• At least 6 years MASINT experience with processing, exploiting, and analyzing data from multiple sources.

Responsibilities

• Lead MASINT training curriculum development and certification standards.
• Outreach to military service and non-DoD intelligence schools to maintain MASINT training materials and delivery.
• Help establish and maintain an IC-wide MASINT certification program.
• Collaborate with IC and DIE counterparts to align MASINT training across teams.
