Job summary

Vantor Holdings, Inc. is seeking a data analyst with a strong MASINT foundation to support IC/DoD requirements. You will work with senior data scientists to prepare and process data, automate routines, and build dashboards for leadership decision making.

On-site support at the IC/DIE interfaces is highly desirable. The role requires an active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph and prior DoD/IC experience. You will collaborate across IC and DE/DevOps teams, develop recurring reports, and ensure

Qualifications

Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph required.
Bachelor’s degree in data science, CS, engineering, statistics, GIS or related field; may be substituted with 2 years of experience.
3 years of professional experience in data analytics or data engineering roles.
Proficiency in Python and SQL.
Experience with data wrangling libraries (pandas, PySpark) and APIs or batch processing tools.
Experience with SQL and relational databases.
Understanding of data modeling, metadata management, and data governance principles.
Proficient with Tableau or similar dashboard tools.
Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Strong attention to detail and documentation practices.
Ability to translate stakeholder questions into clear analytical requirements, metrics, reports, and visualizations.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with senior data scientists to prepare, clean, and process structured and unstructured datasets.
Communicate analytical findings, assumptions, limitations, and recommendations to technical and nontechnical audiences.
Automate routine data-prep, data-quality, and reporting tasks using Python, SQL, and scripting tools.
Query, integrate, and analyze data from relational databases, approved APIs, files, and platforms.
Document data source issues, business rules, transformations, and validation needs for data engineering teams.
Develop data pipelines in collaboration with data engineering and DevOps teams.
Tag metadata and curate datasets for LLM-enabled workflows.
Create basic statistical analyses, visualizations, and reporting for exploratory analysis.
Maintain documentation of data prep methods, scripts, and pipeline configurations.
Support integration of data into downstream modeling and LLM/NLP workflows.
