Vantor Inc. is seeking a seasoned ISSO to support a DoD/IC mission with active TS/SCI clearance and CI Polygraph. You will coordinate security activities, assist with ATO processes, and prepare A&A packages for government customers.

The role emphasizes on-site support in a government environment, with opportunities for professional development and advancing security credentials within RMF and ICD/NIST frameworks.

Qualifications

• Must be a US citizen and have an active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree (4 additional years of relevant experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree).
• Ability to communicate highly technical analyses to laymen and government representatives.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with compliance tools to track assessment and authorization activities (Xacta 360, Risk Vision, RSA Archer).
• Experience with Linux (Red Hat).
• Working knowledge of RMF and associated standards/guidelines.
• CompTIA Security+ and DoD 8570 certification.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with ISSEs/Tech Leads to implement technical solutions during development.
• Coordinate and lead office ATO processes as primary contact for customer/stakeholder engagements.
• Prepare and maintain information systems Accreditation and Authorization (A&A) packages (BoE - ConOps/Customer Test Plan, SSPs SCTM).
