Job summary

Aramark is hiring an Usher for Stone Mountain Park & Attractions in Stone Mountain, GA. The role greets guests, manages headcounts for shows, and may perform in mascot costumes or accompany characters during performances.

This seasonal position requires reliability and a friendly presence in guest interactions. Responsibilities include rehearsals, greeting guests, keeping areas stocked, and assisting with mascot costumes.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stay in character for long periods while performing.
• Demonstrates interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Demonstrate organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Must be able to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Attend assigned rehearsals and training for seasonal entertainment.
• Greet guests at venues, manage headcounts and capacity.
• Record guest counts and notes for shows.
• Keep area clean and stocked with supplies.
• Perform in meet and greets or mascot movements in full costume.
• Escort mascot characters during guest interactions.
• Assist with putting on/removing mascot costumes.
• Smile and treat guests with friendliness and respect.
• Report safety problems.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.
