Aramark in Stone Mountain Park is seeking a Food Service Worker Lead to oversee daily prep, station setup, cooking, and service at concessions and events.

You will lead a team, ensure accurate portions, monitor temperatures, and uphold sanitation standards while engaging with customers in a fast-paced environment. This role requires flexibility for catering and special events, with opportunities to advance as you learn from management.

Formación

• Great customer service and interpersonal skills.

• Serve Safe Certification.
• Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions.
• Food service experience preferred.
• Requires frequent lifting and moving of items.
• Comfort working in a kitchen area with heat, steam, and noise.

Responsabilidades

• Lead all aspects of food preparation for the day and dating products.
• Assist in setting up and breaking down stations.
• Cook and prepare foods according to recipes and directions.
• Ensure accurate portions when preparing and serving items on the line.
• Maintain daily temperature logs.
• Sample all food items on the line before serving customers.
• Report quality issues to management and pull items as needed.
• Complete opening and closing station checklists.
• Greet customers and address service feedback.
• Maintain clean and sanitized work stations and proper waste disposal.
• Move supplies and equipment between areas as required.
• Support safety observations and report hazards.
• Cross-train for additional tasks and assist with events or catering.
